ProcessBuddy is a shared BPMN workspace built to help teams map, organize, and stay aligned on how their company actually works — from a single visual editor everyone on the team can use.

Draw and edit real BPMN 2.0 diagrams in the browser, starting from a blank canvas or one of several ready-made templates. Every company gets its own shared workspace: invite teammates with a code, organize process maps into folders, tag and search them instantly, and edit the same diagram together in real time. Roles keep things tidy — admins manage the team and billing, editors create and edit, readers can view — and a full activity log tracks exactly what changed, when, and by whom. When a process map is ready to share outside the app, export it as a branded SVG stamped with your company logo.
